Open Access Scheduling

Open access is a process where a screening colonoscopy or upper endoscopy (EGD) is scheduled without the need of an office visit. Your primary doctor would send notes from your most recent appointment (within 4 months) for review. Depending on your medical history, medications and BMI you would be called by the endoscopy team to be set up as an open access patient. All necessary forms/consents would be mailed to you to fill out, sign and return to us. Once received the pre-procedural work-up would be done over the phone, and a date would be scheduled.
